An outdoor solemnisation is best to adorn Kelly and Shawnβs wedding with a natural beauty of flowers, done up in a wilder botanical theme.
The more dynamical design for Kelly and Shawnβs wedding was tailored to match the candid and cheery personalities of the couple.
We first met at Hitcheed Wedding Fair, but it was only much later that Ina and Kelly's mutual friend introduced them to each other for their wedding floral design. Having realised the coincidences that brought us together, discussions became more lively.
As time passed, we got to know the couples preferences which reflected their down-to-earth and chatty nature.
We mixed in Kelly's favourite flowers -- Peonies, Alstroemerias, David Austin Roses -- with Spray Roses, Thistle, Snow Berries and more for her bouquet. With a primary credit coloured base for the flowers with hues of pink, the bouquet turned out to be a great fit for the wedding's simple yet elegant aesthetic
The flower arch we came up with also went with a more clean cut concept with a cream coloured chiffon drape. To follow with the wedding's colour palette of Blush Pink, White, and Gold, the flowers we chose included Orchids, Matthiola, Delphiniums, Scabiosa, Hypericum Berries in shades of white and pink.
As for the photo table styling, we drew reference from the bridal bouquet and flower arch. Kelly provided the rose gold photo frames, which we complemented with our various geometrically shaped candle holders containing flowers.
Kelly would often drop by our shop prior to the wedding to share her thoughts with us, and thinking back on this entire project, it has really been a joy to explore floral design with such an easygoing and creative couple!
