HOW IT WORKS: 

*This is an on-going subscription that re-occurs every 3 months, deliveries will be made every fortnight per 3 months payment.*

Please note, no modifications can be made to a Flower Subscription ie. sending out on different days.

Subscription Duration

• Commitment of 3 months for fortnightly basis

Payment Terms

• An upfront full payment is required for either options

• Depending on the frequency you choose, a direct debit will be processed from the account used, and a new arrangement will be delivered on the same day as the first delivery was made on.

• The billing cycle will renew every 3 months.

How the change of flowers works

• Flower and vase will be delivered together at the start of your subscription.

• Subsequent change of arrangement will come as a new set; and previous empty vase will be collected back

• Should there be no one to receive the flowers, kindly inform us beforehand and we will reschedule the delivery time accordingly
